Sure, I was skeptical of the 29er and all the shit talk that follows anything that moves any sport forward… This bike is for real, period. Ride 5 and I can now tell you that the only words to listen to on the whole 29er debate our from riders who have real time on the whole new wheel.

This Tallboy is built upon the success of the original and Santa Cruz has now created a whole new dirt ripper. The LT is looser in the head angle which creates a very confident approach to speed… You will be faster on the DH, I promise! Make sure to notice your actual speed before it is too late… You should have some cold beer waiting after this discovery.

The cornering of this bike is really what has blown me away. You sit back and rail it! No, you really rail it!
Climbing, railing, sailing and running the trail down! Santa Cruz LT is crushing it in my world! Stay tuned, more reports coming!

Alive and well. Our first official dig day is this coming Thursday after the Holiday and this shit weather. Thursday 3 p.m, Channel Lock re-route effort begins.

No bullshit, just the appreciation of contributing to a trail network is all we ask. We will bring some form of cold beverages but, if we have to bribe your contribution with anything else what is the point? Like riding your bike here? Contribute, what you can… Mostly just a thank you!

RIDE TETON DIRT!

Finally got a chance to go into the woods and hunt out some dry single track last night with Troy O. We hopped into the Fishbowl van and found it somehow between a day of rain and snow showers on his top-secret training grounds somewhere near Driggs. Aspen Trail was dry.

What I really found was that my friend has a finesse on a bike that I have never seen in person from anyone I have ever hit the trail with. I always seem to be blinded by race results and the immediate thought of “stupid brutal power”… That’s good but, tonite I watched him do things on his bike that left me in disbelief… That’s how you stand on a podium.
